Heather Winters is more than a Realtor®—she’s a trusted guide, connector, and advocate for families across Upstate South Carolina. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and former Emergency Management Specialist, Heather brings the same preparation, precision, and dedication she once used to serve her country into every real estate transaction today. 

A proud Upstate native, Heather pairs her deep local roots with years of professional leadership to help clients confidently navigate buying and selling. She has successfully closed dozens of transactions across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and surrounding communities, specializing in first-time buyers, relocations, lakefront properties, and luxury homes. Her approach blends sharp negotiation skills, marketing expertise, and genuine care for her clients’ goals. 

Beyond real estate, Heather is an instructor of Homeland Security and Emergency Management at Columbia Southern University, where she’s taught for over a decade. Her military and academic background have honed her ability to stay detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and manage complex processes—all of which translate seamlessly into real estate.  

Heather holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science in Emergency Services Management from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor’s in Human Health Services from Thomas Edison University, and an Associate’s in Disaster Preparedness from the Community College of the Air Force. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security at Liberty University.

When she’s not serving her clients, you’ll find Heather supporting Habitat for Humanity, volunteering at her children’s school, or enjoying Upstate life with her husband, Ken, and their two daughters. She loves spending time on the golf course, singing karaoke, dancing with friends, and traveling—always bringing her love for people and life into everything she does.
